Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Official Rules and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Playtana regarding use of the Site and are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
